Raise your hand if your favorite part of the Super Bowl is the food that endlessly pours out of your kitchen, your friends’ kitchen, the deliveryman’s kitchen, Fresh Direct’s kitchen, etc? In all serious, pre-game/workout snacks or meals can vitally impact any athletic effort. I have a love/hate relationship with change.

I have a love/hate relationship with change. And I have seen both sides of this in the last couple of weeks!

I love the possibility of transformation, which makes the New Year time of resolutions right up my personal alley. And yet, I hate arriving on race day to find the course I’ve run yearly has changed. Or discovering that my favorite organic coffee blend has been discontinued. Or, let’s just be honest, leaving Fusion’s birthplace to open fresh doors in Tribeca. I’ve been crying and laughing since I began packing up Kinesio tape and watching the Alter G disappear down the stairs (yes down the stairs!).
