Manual Therapy

Manual therapy serves as an umbrella to describe most "hands on" therapeutic techniques. These techniques promote the quality and range of motion of joints and soft tissue, improving local circulation and promoting faster tissue healing.

Soft Tissue Mobilization (STM)

After an injury or repetitive strain, there can be high levels of tension surrounding the tissue which can restrict mobilization and cause pain or tightness. STM is a form of therapeutic technique that addresses adhesions by breaking up scar tissue.

Compression Therapy

Normatech and Game Ready compression therapy are used to reduce inflammation and fluid collection.  We offer compression therapy and cold therapy to remove lactic acid build up.

Electrical Stimulation

Stim delivers small pulsating currents directly on the muscles, which in turn promotes muscle stimulation, blood circulation, and muscle healing.

Post Surgical Rehab

Our Doctor's of Physical Therapy (DPTs) follow the protocol administered by your surgeon to ensure rapid recovery. Throughout the duration of your program we communicate with your surgeon, letting them know of findings, hindrances, and stellar achievements.
