MAXIMIZE YOUR SPORTS PERFORMANCE

We develop the road map to get you operating at optimal performance using functional equipment and the instruction of proper body mechanics with overload variables. Our approach comes in three layers, with personalized programing designed by our Sports Performance Coaches, Doctor's of Physical Therapy, and Certified Athletic Trainers. We are seasoned in coaching athletes of all levels from the pros to youth and have the game winning formula to get you to peak performance. 

Step 1: Athletic Performance Assessment

In order for us to design a program specific to your needs, we have to evaluate how your body is currently operating.  Our athletic performance assessment consists of a conversation about your goals, health history and any injuries you might have. We then evaluate your mechanics through a series of tests and discover the strengths and weaknesses to your current status. 

Step 2: Programming

After your initial evaluation we develop the game plan to get you operating at 150%. Our program will enhance your strengths, strengthen your weak areas, and begin to develop the roadmap to peak performance.

Step 3: Capitalizing Performance

Now it's time to introduce benchmarks. The key to capitalizing on your performance is measuring how far you've come and incorporating new challenges to stimulate optimal growth. Our benchmarks will do just that giving you a visual representation of your progress.

Elite 1 on 1 Training

Make no mistake about it, we can help you shed pounds, increase muscle mass and your 1RM but that's just the beginning. We are dedicated to helping athlete's of all levels increase speed, agility, balance, hand-eye coordination, strength and overall physique while giving you tips on proper nutrition and hydration. This won't be your run of the mill workout but instead 60 minutes of optimal performance. Athletes ages 18+

Electrical Stimulation

Stim delivers small pulsating currents directly on the muscles, which in turn promotes muscle stimulation, blood circulation, and muscle healing.

High Altitude Hypoxic Training

Through the production of normobaric hypoxic (oxygen reduced) air, we can simulate altitudes of up to 21,000ft/6,400m. As a result, athletes, fitness enthusiasts and health conscious individuals worldwide can take advantage of the benefits associated with altitude training while at sea-level.

Youth Private Coaching and After-School Groups

At Fusion, athletic development is so important because it lays the foundation for future success. We help coach proper core engagement to perform a complex movements, so that they can focus on the building blocks of their sport. Having this knowledge can help prevent injuries and sustain a longer future in athletics. Not only do we give knowledge on mechanics but we also introduce them to proper nutrition and hydration.

Compression Therapy

Normatech and Game Ready compression therapy are used to reduce inflammation and fluid collection.  We offer compression therapy and cold therapy to remove lactic acid build up.
